At Iravaan, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, men’s boxers and innerwear cannot be returned once opened or used.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
